Please read the following closely:
We kindly ask our patients to refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or any scented products in the office due to allergy and toxic sensitivities. You will be asked to reschedule in consideration of your fellow patients and your doctor.
Be on time. The consequence of late appointments may result in less time or attention to you. If you arrive too late for a complete treatment, you will be asked to wait until the next available opening, or to reschedule for another time.
Cancellations must be made online at least 24 hours in advance. Non-cancelled appointments will be considered a missed appointment and charged the full appointment's cost.

The clinic is located at Vertical Fusion Boulder. The closest intersection is 65th and Arapahoe. We schedule by appointment only.

Insurance
We do not accept any forms of insurance. This includes Personal Injury, Medicare, and Work Comp. Unfortunately, we also cannot see patients over 65. We are happy to provide you insurance claim forms for the services received at our office. You may submit this claim form to your insurance company for direct reimbursement of any services covered under your policy. Visit the FAQ as to why this is our policy.
Forms of Payment
We accept Cash, Credit, and Personal Checks at the time of service.
1. The clinic is inside the Vertical Fusion Pole and Aerial Studio.
2. The entrance is all the way down at the end of the building from the parking lot entrance.
3. The lobby is located next to the entrance. Dr. Ken will come out and retrieve you when he's ready, or ask the front desk.
It is likely that there will be no one at the front desk, so please wait in the lobby until Dr. Ken brings you back.
If you'd like to look around, feel free, but refrain from using the poles and apparatus.
What Should I Expect?
Your First Appointment
Before coming in, please print and fill out these new patient forms. If you are unable to fill these out, please come at least 15 minutes early. We suggest wearing comfortable clothing that allows you to expose or demonstrate your current complaint.
Your first visit will begin with a comprehensive health history. This includes your family, occupational, and previous medical history, as well as the reasons why you've come to our clinic. We believe in spending the necessary time to completely understand your medical history. In order to provide you with the most personalized care possible, your initial consultation will include 1-1.5 hours of one-on-one time with your doctor.
Expect orthopedic and neurological tests as well as detailed spinal, muscular, postural and ergonomic analysis to evaluate any abnormalities which may be causing your current condition. Additional imaging or laboratory tests may be ordered to further complete your medical profile.
If Chiropractic care is indicated for your condition, your doctor will explain your diagnosis as well as the expected prognosis before proceeding with your first treatment.
Getting Treated
Treatments begin with gentle Chiropractic adjustments to restore structural mobility and range of motion. Adjustments are performed with the doctor's hands, a special table, or an adjusting instrument. Your doctor will keep you informed during every step of the treatment process to ensure positive and interactive care. You can expect your first treatment to move at a comfortable pace as we allow extra time to explain and answer any concerns you may have. We will be sure that you feel at ease through the entire treatment phase.

Your entire body will be assessed, every joint--from your skull to your feet and all the connective muscles and ligaments in between--to the other critical elements of your health: neurological optimization, exercises and stretching, and non-toxic living.
